Dueling Camera's

Yesterday I posted Madeline's take on what she thought was cool around my home. Today, inspired by her curiosity, I went through the same exercise, looking at the place where I live and work with fresh eyes, trying to capture a bit of it's unique personality. What kind of camera took such good pictures for a 10 year old?
Do you think it is all in her creative eye? Or does a quality camera help?

Regarding the Camera...

Madeline was using my Nikon D40 (set to automatic), but I honestly don't think her shots had anything to do with the camera; I think she just has a really good eye (being young and curious helps, too!). I'm convinced that if I handed her a disposable camera she would have done an equally good job.
